5 cups flour (600g)
2.5 cups white sugar (496g)
5 teaspoons baking soda
4 beaten eggs
1 cup of oil
1 quart of buttermilk
- Preheat over to 350
- Put cereal in milk in a bowl.Allow to soften
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking soda
- In a separate bowl, mix the beaten eggs with the oil
- Once cereal is soft, mix 3 bowls together
- Grease and flour 4 bread pans
- Evenly divide mix into the 4 pans
- Cook for 40/45 minutes, check at 35 minutes
- Cool completely on cooling rack
